Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the people you invite into your household. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country; a parent or guardian should create the household and invite children.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you add — events, chores, meals, lists and uploaded documents. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content to your household and operate the service. Do not upload content you have no right to store or that is unlawful.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another household's data, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and billing
Basic is free. Standard and Premium are paid plans with member limits and additional features such as the document vault. Plan changes take effect on your next billing period unless stated otherwise, and paid plans renew until cancelled.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Keep your own copies of documents that matter to you — the vault is a convenience, not a sole backup.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your households and their content. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
